Below are the steps for the application process:

Please complete and submit the following:

  1. Application Form, Click the apply button bellow to download the application form.

  2. Application Fee: $180.00 (non-refundable). Payments can be made via:

    Paypal or Zelle: yeshivaslubavitch@gmail.com.

  3. Please email the filled-out form, together with the applicant's report cards from this past year, a recent photo, and proof of application fee payment to yg@ylcincinnati.com.
